Our 15’ x 8’ x 54” swim spa (hot tub) is set up for large groups. It has jets, reclining seats, and benches, comfortably fitting up to 12 people.
Large Living Room
The living room includes 2 couches, 2 loves seats, 2 oversized chair and a 75” Smart TV. We also have a large fireplace and mantle with a 1/2 Bath next to it.
Deck with Great Hocking Hills Views
The outside deck is well suited for large gatherings and has 2 tables and 8 chairs plus 4 gliding chairs. It also has nice couch and a 4 burner grill.
Spacious Kitchen
Our spacious kitchen offers ample countertops, Ninja Coffee Pot, stove with air fryer, ice maker, toaster, and essential utensils.

Our standard weekend rate is $1,100 per night (Friday & Saturday) and $850 per nigh during weekdays (Sunday to Thursday). However, rates fluctuate over the year, so please check the latest rates by clicking the book now button
To book we require a 50% deposit fully refundable up to 30 days before your stay. If less than 30 days, but more than 7 days before your stay it is 50% refundable.
We're conveniently located in the middle of Hocking Hills, just 4 miles east of Ash Cave.
