Hot Tub

Our 15’ x 8’ x 54” swim spa (hot tub) is designed to accommodate large groups. Equipped with powerful jets, reclining seats, and benches, it offers a luxurious experience for up to 12 people. It's the perfect spot to relax and unwind with friends and family.

Living Room 1

Located on the first floor is a spacious living room featuring two couches, two love seats, and two oversized chairs, all centered around a 75” Smart TV. The room boasts a large fireplace with a mantel, creating a cozy atmosphere. Conveniently located next to the fireplace is a half bath.

Living Room 2

On the second floor is a smaller but still rather spacious living room with another large TV.

Deck

The expansive deck offers two tables with seating for eight, along with four relaxing gliding chairs and a comfortable couch. Enjoy picturesque views while using the high-quality 4-burner grill, ideal for outdoor cooking and gatherings.

Kitchen

The spacious kitchen boasts ample countertops, perfect for preparing meals. It includes a Ninja Coffee Pot for your morning brew, a stove equipped with an air fryer for healthier cooking options, an ice maker for refreshing beverages, a toaster for quick breakfasts, and all the essential utensils you'll need for cooking and dining.

In this floor plan layout, you'll find the location of each room clearly marked. It highlights the spaciousness of many rooms, including the bedrooms, ensuring comfort and ample living space.

7 Bedrooms

Each of our 7 bedrooms is meticulously designed for maximum comfort and spaciousness. In total, we offer 14 beds, including 4 King-sized beds and two bedrooms with Queen-sized beds. Additionally, kids love our bunk bed room, which features 2 Queen beds and 2 doubles, making it a favorite for families.

To the right, you can see Bedroom 1, which includes a King-sized bed, a ceiling fan, room-darkening shades, and a Pack 'n Play/Travel crib for added convenience.

Nestled beneath the stairs, this playroom is a delightful haven for children, filled with joy and fun.

4.5 Bathrooms

The master bedroom boasts its own Jack & Jill bathroom, while each of the other 6 bedrooms shares a Jack & Jill bathroom with the neighboring bedroom. Adjacent to the spacious living room and kitchen is a conveniently located half bath.
